Evan Williams was a natural-born leader, innovator, and entrepreneur. He worked in numerous trades as a businessman, politician, and—most notably—whiskey distiller.
In 1783, he founded Kentucky’s first commercial distillery on the banks of the Ohio River. Many years and barrels later, our master distillers are still producing Bourbon the right way, using the same time-honored methods.
Today that same sense of history and quality are found in the Evan Williams Bourbon Chocolates. Each bourbon brand requires its special combination of ingredients and recipes. Evan Williams' includes chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, and cocoa that produces a light rose color to the center with a softer, milder bourbon flavor. Then finished in dark chocolate with a half pecan on top. Relax and enjoy one of Kentucky's native treasures.
