Weisenberger Mills Seasonal Bread Mixes - Pumpkin & Banana

Pumpkin Bread

The most delicious pumpkin bread you’ve ever tasted - it's as easy as 1-2-3. We’ve blended just the right amount of spices to make sure each loaf turns out perfectly. One 14 oz. bag makes a 8” X 4 1/2” loaf or 12 muffins.

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Combine entire contents of bag with:

    • 1/4 cup water

    • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

    • 1 egg

    • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin

  • Mix well and pour into a 4.5"x8" loaf pan and bake for 50 mins
  • Let cool completely before removing from pan or slicing

*to make 12 muffins bake for 25 mins

Whole Wheat Banana Bread

Whole wheat banana bread that is moist, delicious and easy to make! Made using locally grown wheat.

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  • Combine entire contents of bag with:

    • 2 eggs

    • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

    • 3 ripe bananas (approx. 1 cup)


  • Mash bananas, then add oil and eggs. Blend well and mix entire contents of bag. Mix, then pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
  • Let cool 10 mins before removing from pan or slicing

*Variation: add 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts or chocolate chips

*to make 12 muffins bake for 25 mins
