Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that fragile goods like glassware or gourmet foods are adequately protected for transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and attach a tracked shipping label to ensure your return reaches our warehouse safely.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
